Certification: China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment CNAS certification, with domestic and international standard testing.

Ability: The testing items include routine physical performance testing, chemical analysis testing, metallographic analysis, intergranular corrosion, and high-Low temperature impact test, etc.

 

·  Quality Assurance

A quality assurance and control system is established for design, development, manufacturing, packing and shipping, etc.

1. Design and development
Collect all parameters for product design, make design according to the Supervisory Regulations, other laws, rules, professional standards, and 100% meet the product standards and customers’ requirements.

2. Manufacturing
Establish  a manufacturing quality assurance system faithfully in compliance with the national regulations, standards and other technical requirements. The quality of process and products is 100% under control.

Ensured all the products are manufactured faithfully in accordance with the contract requirements, national regulations and standards by stringent inspection and test over materials and products during manufacturing.

3. Supervision and confirmation
Accept supervision or confirmation of the third party or Customer’s representative over the process of manufacturing.

 

·  Manufacturing Equipment

HDT attaches great importance to advanced equipment and technology. We have introduced:
1. Peeling production line;
2. Perforation production line;
3. Cold drawing production line;
4. Natural gas annealing furnace;
5. Pickling tanks and straightening;
6. 12 meters Tianshui Forging Press JCO Molding MachineCapacity:
Capacity:

10000MT per month for the tubes and pipes.
5000MT per month for the steel plates.

 

·  Storage

HDT has strong supply capacity, owns over 50,000㎡ warehouse in storage area, mainly for our products packing, storage and transportation.
